Location was great, very close to the subway station. Staff at the concierge desk was helpful and ordered a taxi for us. Conveniently located near the Beijing railway station.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the subway and Beijing Railway Station. It made it so easy to explore the city and visit all the main sites. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing a much-needed haven after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was like heaven! The staff were also very helpful, with many of them speaking excellent English. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping services. I was also impressed with the room service and facilities available at the hotel. I was very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of Howard Johnson is excellent, with plenty of good eating places nearby. It is also centrally located, making it convenient to visit tourist attractions without being in a crowded area. The interior of the room was excellent and the overall housekeeping was superb. Despite being located next to a busy road and train station, the hotel was surprisingly quiet.

European style food available in the hotel restaurant. Valuable service from Mr. Damon Wang and his supervisor. Great staff and taxi service for attractions like the Great Wall. Convenient amenities like a 24/7 supermarket. Room upgrade and halal restaurant nearby.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city. It is conveniently situated near a metro station and within walking distance of many restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities. The easy access to public transportation made it simple for me to navigate and explore the city.

The only downside of this hotel was that the front desk staff struggled to find my reservation and their service was not as polite as I had hoped. However, despite this minor inconvenience, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.

Nothing not to love.

This hotel has a fantastic location just across the street from the central railway station, making it easy to catch the airport express and explore the city. The staff are very attentive and offer great room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, airport shuttle. The rooms are spacious with many comforts including mini-bar, in-room safe, hair dryer, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV with cable/satellite channels.

The service from the front desk staff could have been better, and they seemed to lack proper training in customer service. In addition, when I arrived, there was some confusion locating my reservation.

It is also conveniently located next to a shopping center where the metro station is located in the basement. It is easy to walk to many different popular spots around the city center, including the Great Wall of China. The hotel facilities are great, with a spacious room and a comfortable bed. The cleanliness of the hotel is also great. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the overall experience enjoyable.

The rooms are spacious and have amenities like free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, and a safe. Some rooms even offer a view of the atrium.

Some guests have experienced issues with the noise in their rooms, which may disrupt sleep for light sleepers.
